Vistex has committed to the top floor of 2300 N Barrington Road, which is commonly known as Barrington Pointe. Upon Commencement, Vistex will occupy three full floors totaling 70,000 square feet. The lease raises occupancy to 92.2% at the property. The property was 61% leased when Ownership acquired it in February of 2013.

Barrington Pointe is a free standing, 149,473 square foot building located within Greenspoint Office Park. In February 2013, Ownership acquired a three building portfolio within the Park consisting of 507,353 square feet. At the time, the buildings were collectively 40% leased. The buildings have undergone cosmetic upgrades that have led to a flurry of leasing. Vistex’s expansion raises overall occupancy to approximately 80%.
