Dan Reidy joined Lincoln Property Company, in October, 2019. Dan is responsible for industrial property acquisitions and development in the Chicago metro and throughout the Midwest. Presently, Dan is overseeing over $100M in ground up speculative warehouse / distribution projects in Columbus and Indianapolis. Prior to joining Lincoln, Dan held a variety of roles as a Vice President at JLL in Chicago. While at JLL, Dan led new leasing, site acquisition, and disposition activities for the United States Postal Services’ industrial portfolio throughout the Midwest and West Coast. Prior roles at JLL included leading site selection and build to suit assignments for FedEx Ground, creating portfolio and site selection strategies for corporate clients including XPO logistics, DuPont / Dow, and Bayer Pharmaceuticals, and serving as the lead master developer for the Pittsburgh Penguins’ $700 million civic arena redevelopment project. Dan is a member of NAIOP and is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Champaign with a BS in Finance.
