Eric joined Lincoln Property Company in 2007 and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President-Portfolio Manager. As a senior member of Lincoln’s Pension Fund Advisory Group, he is responsible for managing a national portfolio of industrial properties. His role includes the preparation and execution of strategic plans for core assets, value-add assets, redevelopments and new developments and communicating with clients with regards to property operations and the performance of the investments. He is involved in the acquisition of new properties and oversees the financing, leasing, property management, construction management, budget preparation, valuations and dispositions of existing assets.
Eric has over twenty years of work experience in accounting, acquisitions, dispositions and asset management. His experience includes managing multifamily, industrial, office and retail investments for both pension fund and private equity clients. Prior to joining Lincoln, he worked at a Chicago based development company and was involved in acquiring multifamily investments and converting them into condominium projects. He started off his real estate career working in the accounting and finance department at Waterton Associates.
Eric graduated from the University of Illinois-Champaign/Urbana with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and passed the Certified Public Accountant’s exam shortly after graduation. He volunteers his time coaching youth baseball and football.
