Erin is a Vice President of Asset Management at Lincoln Advisors. Erin joined Lincoln in 2012, and handles asset management and marketing communications efforts.  Erin is responsible for raising institutional investor capital, developing investment strategies for and partnership structures with institutional investors.  With over a decade of real estate advisory experience, Erin has a history of representing the interests of institutional clients, pension funds, and private real estate companies. Prior to joining Lincoln, Erin worked as a Financial Analyst with The Habitat Company, and as an Asset Manager with MayfieldGentry Realty Advisors.

Erin has experience in underwriting and asset management of office, retail, industrial, data center, medical office and multi-family product types. Erin has assisted in acquisition and disposition activities on assets with an aggregate value of over $1 billion. Throughout her career she has completed over $76 million in capital project administration and negotiated over 2.8 million square feet of lease transactions. Erin received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, and obtained her master’s degree in real estate finance from DePaul University in Chicago.
