Joe has directed the Lincoln Midwest Region’s financial management group since 1996. Joe supervises all accounting staff, aligning property management accounting practices and financial reporting requirements of individual clients with the resources of Lincoln’s national administrative support systems. He coordinates the preparation and review of annual budgets, reconciliations and property audits, and works directly with property owners modeling valuations for financing, sales and acquisition investment decisions. Joe is responsible for corporate compliance with accounting controls, standards and regulations.  Prior to joining Lincoln, Joe was the accounting manager for Trammell Crow Company. Joe is a certified public accountant, and a member of the Illinois CPA Society. He is a Cum Laude graduate of Northern Illinois University with a B.S. in Finance and Management as well as graduate of DePaul University’s Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business with a M.S. in Accounting.
