As Director of Operations, Lee oversees Receivership Practices for LPC Midwest. He also works with clients, ownership and management teams to identify operating best practices and develop measurable standards of performance at commercial properties. Lee supports building acquisition and management transition teams through performance of building condition assessments and implementation of major deferred maintenance and capital expenditure programs.
Prior to joining Lincoln in 2021, Lee’s career has primarily been in commercial and residential real estate management with a short 5-year detour as an in-house GC for a condo developer. During that time, Retrofit Chicago Energy Challenge awarded Lee with the 2018 Most Valuable Building Manager Award for his efforts in building modernization and energy reduction at 200 W Monroe. His most recent project at CBRE was doing building start-up for a new construction building that began as a spec office project which completed electrical and HVAC modifications in order to be able to pivot to focus leasing efforts on life science users.
Lee is a BOMA Chicago member and an active member of the Energy & Sustainability Committee for ten years. Lee is a graduate of the Univeristy of Detroit with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. Lee Received his BOMI Real Property Administrator (RPA) and HP Designations as well as an IL Real Estate Broker License.
