Matt is a Vice President of Asset Management at Lincoln Property Company. Matt joined Lincoln in November 2021 and primarily focuses on the asset management of office and industrial assets on behalf of pension fund clients.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Matt worked as a Senior Associate for American Realty Advisors, working on a portfolio of core and value-add office and industrial assets. Prior to American Realty Advisors, Matt worked at Deloitte within their real estate valuation practice.

Throughout his career, Matt has been involved in acquisitions, development, leasing, budgeting and asset planning, valuation, and dispositions.

Matt attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
