A team member at Lincoln Property Company (“LPC”) since 2011, Shannon brings a diverse background to her responsibilities as the Vice President of Project Services. Shannon began her real estate career in property management and then moved into project management. Her first assignments were managing tenant improvement projects at a variety of properties in both the Chicago CBD and suburbs. At LPC, Shannon is responsible for the oversight of all capital and tenant improvement projects and fostering relationships with investment partners and owners for the LPC Midwest portfolio. Shannon graduated with both her Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison as well as participated in a year-long post-professional design program at Archeworks-Chicago. She is a Goldie Wolfe Miller Scholar alumna with an MBA from Roosevelt University in Real Estate. She is a LEED Green Associate and IL Real Estate Broker and a former member of ULI, CoreNet, CREN, and NAIOP. Shannon was a Women’s Board Member for Heartland Alliance, a current Board Member of Andrea’s Hope Foundation, and volunteers with her rescue dog at Sit Stay Read. In her free time, Shannon is an endurance athlete, having competed in over two dozen full and half marathons – including her fourth Chicago Marathon in 2018. She’s participated in several triathlons and she’s an Ironman 140.6 finisher.
