In 2022, Simona has rejoined Lincoln Property Company as Property Manager of a Class A office building in downtown Chicago. Simona has transitioned from Lincoln’s Residential Property Management division where she started in 2011 and successfully managed properties in Chicago and Minneapolis.  Simona also spent 3 years with Lincoln in Residential Leasing.  It is here where Simona learned the culture and work ethics that have formed a very valuable foundation that she adheres to today.

Simona has been recognized as Leasing Agent of the year in 2017 and won Property Excellence in 2021, as a residential Property Manager.
